Olveston is a beautiful semi-detached townhouse in Llandudno and was built in the early 1900’s.

Fully restored to its original charm Olveston is packed with plenty of original features, there is off road parking in both the front and rear for up to 3 vehicles and a secluded mediterranean style garden offering plenty of space for up to 12 guests to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The entrance hall has large original stained glass windows, an original Victorian tiled floor and a sofa at the bottom of the stairs.

Off the entrance hall is the lounge that has 3 leather Chesterfield sofas and an open fire perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The second reception room is a large open plan kitchen/diner with a dining table that comfortably seats 12. The dining table overlooks the courtyard and is positioned by french windows that fold back fully. This room is a great area to gather in the mornings for a hearty breakfast, or for those special occasions, spend time together with a heart-warming meal followed by a fun-filled evening of board games.
The dining room has two sofas and a log burning stove, it’s a perfect space for entertaining, opening up on to the large fully equipped kitchen along with a third sofa.

The rear patio doors fold back fully to open up onto a beautiful courtyard which has the original stone-built feature walls, a great space for a BBQ and unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening.

On the ground floor there is a large bathroom with a wet room shower area for guests’ convenience coupled with a sofa bed in the dining room providing disabled living options.

You’ll find all the appliances you’ll need during your stay such as the fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
